My organization received a request from our leadership to do an informal survey (that someone on our team is coordinating) regarding the % of time would you choose to be in the office in a post-covid environment.
If you received one, how did you reply?

No way will they spend the money to retrofit these offices to adhere to CDC guidelines. Temperature checks, no touch elevators, distancing areas, the cafeterias,....not gonna happen. If they were smart they'd sell the offices and let everyone WTF.
Much easier to cut people who work from home. Trust me, it’s a factor when making cuts.
I said 0% because why go into the office when you can do the same exact job from home!

Lucky you... stuck in a damn call center every single day of this! No opportunity to even work from home. BS!
It doesn't mean anything, really more of a gauge for management to see the employee engagement and how many are clamoring to go back to the office.
As soon as Congress enacts the liability shield, expect to receive an email when to report back to the office. That's what all these corporations are waiting for, they don't want to be held liable for employee lawsuits until there s legal federal cover.
Not everyone got it. It was sent out random. I got one. I passed the link on to others that did not get it and it let them take it also. I said 100% VO would work great for me.
Since management employees can do 100% of our job from home, the last 4.5 months, I said 0% office time. And because companies, like Twitter, are moving to indefinite full time work from home. Most companies are realizing their employees are more productive working at home and they no longer need real estate. And employees save money and have much less stress by no longer having a commute.
