It’s hard to work hard knowing you could be let go of and nothing you do will change that. How are you guys staying focused and motivated to work?

Just look at it the same way you look at your life, we are all going to die eventually, however we are not going to stop living because we are also dying
I’m motivated and focused on developing a new career for myself. If you value your own time, energy, resources, and productive years then you’d do the same. Don’t waste any more of your spirit on a company that would just as soon throw you away in the name of some BS excuse called “Transformative Growth”. It’s really only an excuse to line the pockets of the higher ups and shareholders.
Just taking it one day at a time, focus on controlling what I can control, and spend as little time here as possible. Occasionally some good info drops but it’s toxic to keep reading through these posts. Just my two cents. Hope it helps.
Bing-o....Keeping a low profile and meeting expectations like before, it may be the difference between getting canned or not, or getting another position in the company if I get laid off.
There are things you can change and those you can't... worrying about it won't help at all... if it is bad news than we will have 60 days to worry then. For now I am focused on my PDS since if I survive this I sense things are going to get worse going forward. Control what you can.
