Geico pays adjusters way less in salary .
I would rather go thru this than work at geico.
I have a few friends that have gone to GEICO since they had a big push the past 2 years to hire people, they know other former Allstaters and from what they have said it is the same c-ap you deal with there, one of them has now been at State Farm then to Allstate and now at GEICO and same thing from them, doesn't matter the company as all the top managers just rotate around the big companies. If you don't like how you are treated here instead of going to another insurance company get out of the industry and into an industry where people are paid what they are worth.

Geico does not pay more in salary. It’s the profit share that gets you. Allstate has no bonus.
Funny how the top never has to worry about their job yet they ask us for grace in forgiveness. When do they ever give us grace and forgiveness!
GEICO does not pay their adjusters more. They are one of the least paying in the industry.
