Hearing information this evening that tomorrow's town hall with GS will not address the current layoff situation. It is more regarding Allstate's response to COVID and the state of the industry and Allstate as a whole in regards to the pandemic.. Hearing a layoff related town hall will take place with TW around mid August and departments will have more on layoffs from their individual leadership team between now and the mid August TW town hall.

With the term "holistic" in there details about layoffs are almost guaranteed to be not addressed. Transformative Growth also includes their plans of becoming more direct and less agency focused. They pretty much lump everything as "Transformative Growth" and has been the dumping ground meme of this company.
Claims was told by the end of the month which is Friday. This isn’t true?
Eric sent out an email in claims stating that claims will know by the end of this month. So that’s another lie? Wow this lay-off process is out of control!
The email said it would go over the holistic approach to transformative growth.
Management knows already but not sharing. They are also providing trainings to management up including D bands to prepare them for Assessments. What about the rest of us? Where is formal instructor led trainings for those of us who actually work hard to keep the company afloat, keep the lights on and excel as well?
Sounds like middle of August according to OP but maybe sooner specific to impacted areas. GS and TW will not be doing the layoffs your leaders and heads will. We will likely never hear specifics like we want from TW, GS, and EB.

OP is correct and also being addressed will be the announcement made Monday of the sales focus of reduced premiums and additional discounts for customers starting new policies with the customer contact center instead of field agents and the gradual move to direct to compete with other companies ahead of us that are primarily direct.
