They are monitoring this forum. There were a number of posts about recording meetings and now they started the meeting telling us no recordings allowed.

Since employees are working from home what would happen if a spouse, non-employee, recorded the meeting and had a record of it and the Black and Brown comments?
The fact is if you think I was part of the deposition then you should definitely trust what I say. Or, maybe don’t. Maybe I just know the person. But you seem to know it all, so do what you want.
This website has discussions from 1000s of companies. Why and how would allstate own this site?
Um, one how would you know what was said in a deposition unless you were involved in it and two why do want to know who said they taped it? Why would you care? Seems suspicious you’d say that. Interesting.
You must’ve not heard about the guy in the print center a few years ago who recorded a townhall and posted “anonymously ” . Yes, it was anonymous to those who watched it and he thought because he was some tech guy on the dark web he wouldn’t get caught. That’s what his friends said when they had to give their deposition at least. Some “friends”! But do what you want, at least we will see who you are, ha! Ahh, I miss the print center days.
The point is to have a record of what was said. Pretty obvious, right? And what makes you think the recording would be traceable?
What’s the point of recording and posting? It’s inside baseball and others will just look at it and say ok, he’s running a business. All you will do is hurt yourself and get fired without the option of severance. I would not want to be made the example, that will stay with you for the rest of your career. And this is coming from someone who is up against a redundant position. It’s not worth it.
Pretty obvious this site is monitored and pseudo anonymous. I wouldn't be surprised if this is controlled by the various insurance companies
I’m glad they’re reading this forum. They need to learn to read the room and address the important issues instead of dancing around and constantly changing things up.
They announced assessments and then the day came and went and nobody received one to my knowledge, and now we’re discussing “successes...” and the purchase of NATIONAL GENERAL. AGAIN...
At the end of the day Allstate is primarily concerned in being able to report profits at the end of the year and business acquisition instead of employees.
