How transparent do with think Glenn is going to be on this town hall today?

Even a little bit transparent?

Celebrate music was for the executives to celebrate their decision on acquisition, reduce expense by laying off workforce ‘Even when the company is doing great - as stated by Glenn;’ all of which translates to satisfied share holders, more bonus and higher pay check for the executive team and Board of directors including those who receive bonuses. However, for the employees it was just the opposite, which is unrecognized that is apparent on how Mr. G was laughing and how he delivered the messages to the rest. Anyways, thanks to today’s speech and also Glenn’s indication of keeping the ‘Seasoned’ employees pretty much told me to start looking for opportunities else where because if you are not tenured, you are out. This led me to have an hour long conversation with potential recruiters. Thank you for that push because I am not going to sit around and wait for the actual pink slip. Thank you for letting us know through your babbles as to what’s in the works and assessment is just for show (Remember? They are not going to share the results. Of course not, otherwise they would have to provide justification behind laying employees off with possible legal issues). Oh wait, you can’t take the organization to any arbitration for wrongful or misconduct or wrongful discharge of employees, etc., as they forced everyone to sign that waiver towards the end of 2019 with threatening our jobs. So, I will take control of my own situation and destiny - hence, start marketing my brand and land next big opportunity with better pay and better benefits. This gives me roughly 2+ months.

This is not in reference to the layoffs. It will likely not even be touched on. I don't expect to hear much more from TW or GS regarding the RIF in any detailed sense as they are at the point where individual department heads will be taking the actions and running their shops regarding them. It is at the point where the RIF's are not department specific and will be handled and communicated as such.

TW and GS actually don't do the ax swinging. Their underlings do.

Anyone can watch it on Allstate TV. They are not discussing layoffs - it the quarterly PPL Meeting

We were already told the town hall today will provide no answers regarding RIF. So don’t even waste your time.

I’m pretty sure everyone can attend. I’m not a leader and I have the invite.
