Core will install, term will build new. Core will meet due dates or be terminated,

I helped them, all the time, hard workers as opposed to the CWA lazxxy Brothers
My question is how many techs will be impacted once the fiber is in and deployed on the overlays. Remember the initial Uverse build. F1 repair work dried up once the fiber was in place.
They won’t replace anybody. Once they start asking for benefits or get sick, out the door they go. A new temp under the illusion of possibly getting full time employment shows up in their place and the cycle repeats itself. The average temp job is 8 to 9 months.
Permanent technician should not be helping to increase the term tech skill through On the job training AT&T relies On social relationships to assist technicians learning these craft in a effective and efficient manner. You will essentially be assisting in training Your replacements. This is nothing new AT&T has been applying the strategy for 10 to 15 years now.
Terms to replace all of the full time permanent techs that were surplused to other cities or off payroll in the last year.
A bunch of temp/term techs. We got the shaft once again.
