You think there isn't graft at AIG, then you aren't plugged in. The accounting is aggressive at best. Vendors make bank in waves at AIG, especially in IT. Ask Accenture or the layer of execs hired from there who then sign tens of millions in contracts annually to tell managers what to do. Fine, keep Accenture and get rid of the managers who contribute nothing.
