No involuntary surplus for Q4 and the big construction build plan will be term technicians.

They just finished surplussing a ton of permanent technicians in the southeast from construction in the last year(myself included) and now they are going to hire back a bunch of term OPT’s to take their place. I’m numb to the hatred of this company so I don’t even get upset anymore with these SOB’s.
