The SEC has two Elliot management companies listed. They both have the same address.
One has 0 holdings the other has 5milkion shares of AT&T.

Yes, there was some bookkeeping revision here, because they didn't jettison all shares in all companies. I see:
ELLIOTT MANAGEMENT CORP
and
Elliott Investment Management L.P.
- P. = partnership?
sounds fishy
