Last year when I saw this interview and the opp-ed he did (WSJ?) he made it sound like maybe big time CEOs and boards were seeing something that made them realize they did need to make a change to better take care of the American workforce. I thought is was very strange given our history with sourcing, but thought maybe something woke them up like disenfranchised kids flocking to socialism?
Easy to call it a big lie now! I guess they are back to making as much $$ as possible while burning it all down. I would love to see Maria do a follow-up.
We ride the ball and don’t let the bull ride us. The time will come when each of us will do what we need to do to protect our families
We are still here because we’re in a worldwide pandemic, high unemployment, a crisis in the country, and believe it or not, we actually care about taking care of claimants. Unlike Allstate management, we have principles. That’s why they hired us. If we win the lottery this weekend however, we will resign ASAP.
How do people stay working at Allstate.... please someone tell me... do they not know any better
