In claims, has anyone received their mid year checkpoint? When are those usually administered? Haven’t heard a word from my ‘leader’ about my checkpoint.

When did they start telling you your rating at mid year? Not even a place for it in talent connection
No matter the mid year checkpoint, If your office is closing, it’s not going to matter. There will not be mid year salary increases for the worker bees anyway.

I had mine and got expected. Apparently the last 2 years of better than expected are overshadowed by this b—s— emphasis on empathy.

I believe that gets you the head cart boy position, which would be transformative growth.
