Currently there are postings on the website but I’m wondering if there is still a pending big surplus. Remember, it was canceled for the 3rd Quarter.

No surpluses in the southeast, per conference call earlier. Can’t justify surplus after Hurricane Laura. Everyone’s safe for 3 more months.
It would be nice if you could construct a grammatically correct sentence in the form of a question?
There were no surpluses Q3, if bargained has surpluses for Q4 it will be announced by 9/15

Yes- I believe Midwest too.
Of course, there will most certainly be more reductions in 2020 whether it's the 3rdQ or 4thQ, but most assuredly it will happen!
