If you guys are going to rag on xandr, spell the name correctly please. There is no "e".
Back in the day you had this thing called Bell labs. They made things like transistors and produced ground breaking R&D, devices and systems. No one wants to commit that kind of money anymore. Synthetic finance has produced paper and digital abstractions that yield more money through buying growth rather than growing organically. Its a taller and taller embedment of jenga blocks. give it a catchy new name and resell it as new and improved version with acquisition costs attached that drive your product unit costs through the roof, and alas you cant compete on price.
Being that you havent really innovated anything really new [see first sentence above]... .you end up at a loss for words....to describe what is left.

Now they are shopping it for possible sale. RS and the new guy should be canned and their compensation for the last 5 years should be clawed back for putting the company in such a precarious debt position. But that would take a real Board of Directors - not a bunch of sycophant dumb-a**es.
