ATT Connect was a good product, far superior to Webex.

You forgot Skype for business, that was in there for a nanosecond between Connect and Webex, was a nightmare.

Big investment of collaboration tools and bringing back six sigma. But, still putting out products no one wants and prices no one wants to pay. This is another prime example of the surgery was successful, but the patient died. In reality, the patient died over and over again.

Yeah, Not Invented Here causes a lot of it.

But in some cases, the opposite occurs. Some of this T-c-ap was part of outsourcing "partnerships" with IBM and others from years ago. So they replaced the far superior T stuff. Two examples, Cisco Webex c-ap replaced the ATT Connect which was better and more reliable IMHO. Another, the ATT VPN for COU replaced with the c-appy Cisco product.
