I feel bad any time good people lose their job to appease the bottom line. What I won’t feel bad about is the number of LinkedIn requests about owning my own agency is about to go waaaaaay down.

The gutless anonymous reaction to the worth of fsl are alarming. They have been the backbone of this company for years. Helping agents achieve there goals. Have some human decency as they go through this. Unbelievable.
They found out today.
What are FSL's and DSL's?
They are being told today, individual meetings started 10 at 8:30.
This is the position of the company that contributes zero. FSLs don't create any growth for agents, they have zero field underwriting authority, they have zero knowledge besides telling agents to call a different department for help, they don't offer product education or processing systems education like "marketing reps" at other companies. They exist to act as the hammer for Chicago. They're completely unneeded.
Having worked in a number of different departments, including many claims disciplines and management, I know for a fact the FSL role is the most challenging, and stressful, I've had.
It always makes me smile to hear some employees assume it's a cakewalk, and to those, I say try it.
hopefully soon most were drain on the company anyway
Any minute now
My guess is next 48 hours.
Not a peep
