Now that we are separated from the company, will we still receive unemployment?

I was told that B&N is not contesting any unemployment claims, so beyond that, it should only depend on the requirements in your state. Best of luck to you, to all of my fellow suddenly former employees, and the many wonderful booksellers still there.
If you are currently receiving unemployment benefits, you should continue to receive them unless your benefits have run out. Each state if different so you should check with your state's unemployment office.
