Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Is this this place falling apart faster with each passing day?

It seems that almost every day, there is some horrific bad news that seeps out about AT&T, and none of it is good for business, the employee or our benefits. It seems to be falling apart faster and faster as the end of the rotten year approaches. I wonder if anything will be left by the time one would like to be off payroll by 12/31/2020 from this toxic waste dump called a job, no longer a career.

Yep, worse everyday with Stinky in-charge.
Yep, worse everyday with more Mumbai U grads replacing US workers.
Yep, worse everyday as the interest paid on debt grows faster than the revenue can cover it.
Yes, worse everyday with the M0r0n Board of Misdirectors that could not run an lemonade stand.
Yes, worse every quarter so long as Ratty gets him $1m quarterly dividend check.

I see no strategy on the horizon that will stop the sinking ship.

To me it’s the union. I know in my retail location anyone with seniority has an air of superiority over the newer employees despite being worse performers. They order newer employees around and take off early leaving the newer employees to handle all closing duties. Every day someone uses MeTime or FMLA to leave in the middle of their shift leaving us short staffed. MeTime goes by seniority so no one newer has any shot at ever getting to use it, leaving them with little to no work life balance or options if something comes up. The older employees just coast knowing it’s almost impossible to get fired. Never in my life have I worked with a more entitled and lazy group of people.

It’s like the game show Survivor, but with bigger attention-seeking id–ts who have zero skills or vision.
