Anyone have knowledge of lawsuits that have been filed or attorneys that are taking cases?

I think about the recent buyout for techs basically saying if you didn’t take the buyout you were going to be laid off anyways. Well the lay-off was cancelled. All this was based off seniority. Att has a huge legal team and the techs who signed the buyout screwed themselves. They had enough time to consult with an attorney prior to signing. Unfortunately my opinion the case will be tossed out of court.
only one i know of is this where they stole pension from employees that have earned it but I guess since it was a buyout it was ethical.

ATT calculates the severance based on the likely amount of money a former employee would actually receive if they sued the company. They know how much we are worth. They know you will take the severance.
That depends on the case. Different lawyers take on different cases. What did you have in mind? T does real good to protect their risk on several fronts.
There was a class action lawsuit after T "stoled" the management pension circa 1996 after Klinton created an executive order that permitted companies to take retiree medical costs out of pension funds rather than operating funds.
It took something like 15 years and T won the case. I believe the lawyer that handled it was based in Georgia? I have his name somewhere since I was one of the many thousands screwed over.
As far as the current round of layoffs since 2015, clearly the spreadsheet that T provides all the layed off people clearly shows age discrimination.
But if you want your severance, you sign a waiver for your right to sue.
So you going to forgo your severance, and wait maybe 15 years and spend millions to sue T? The only one that makes $ is the lawyers. T hires buildings full of lawyer to defend themselves. The law suit will be settles after you die.
