Did everyone receive the email for the Town Hall I’m Wednesday? What kind of “new” and “exciting” information do you think we have to look forward to ?

Heard town hall cancelled. Nothing to say so
They are moving some of claims like ART and damage disputes to a vendor in India. They will have full access and will be calling insureds.

I have it on good authority, he'll discuss expanded hiring and across the board pay raise
From what I understand, leader says nothing new has been shared. I'm not going to watch it. I didnt watch the first one either in June. I'll wait to see what everyone has to say.

Funny thing is customers aren’t happy at all. I’ve also heard some people have already been told they are getting laid off.
Yes I did!! They said 6-8 weeks they will let us know after the assessment and it’s only been one week. Does anyone have any idea who they are laying off? What about the new adjusters they just trained and paid to get their Florida license why would they do that if they were going to lay us off?
