Heard we are getting mailed a letter from HR about our benefits. I have already received an email so why send through USPost ? I have been with T for over 15 years and everything that has been happening within the last year has caused me to worry daily if I will have a job. I try to come to this site at least every couple of months to keep updated and appreciate all the info. Keep strong. 😊

@mhz, this is especially insulting when you consider that you are actually PAYING extra contributions for the spouse/family coverage. Its not like they give it away for free.
My spouse is on my insurance and they are just short of harassment. Every year we have to fill out a form stating she isn’t insured some where else; and pretty much every time she’s goes to the doctor, we get a letter wanting to know why and if someone besides the insurance should pay the claim. Not to mention the audit that we get every three years or so wanting proof that we are actually married and living in the same residence.
I always get mailed letters when there are changes to benefits.
wait til you see all the c-ap they will send. My spouse went through this last year
