Assessment

About the assessment, How is the company going to determine that the assessment is being taken by the Named employee? How can they determine that an employee is not going to have someone else take the assessment or if there are more than one family member in the same household that they aren’t Putting the same answers?

They may have people already identified to stay, now should they get sued for someone who is laid off all the info on how they picked people and the assessment rankings would come out, so they need to have all their sh– in order and be able to justify it.

Not when the company already said the results of the assessment will not be provided or shared and that they are for internal use only.

Another poster was 100% when they said the assessments won't mean a thing. All just legal props and likely amusing reads for them while they d!ck around with people's lives.

Wouldn’t an employee be able to question the validity of the assessment if the results can be skewed by other employees?

They really don't care. This "assessment" is nothing more than something to have on file to "prove" fair consideration when determining who to cut. In reality this likely has already been decided and determined long before the first assessment went out. A little something to counter any age discrimination or other lawsuit that may come from this mess.
