Does anyone know the announcement date in August for the Chow/business organization

I am assuming they have decided to not have a call every other day gearing up for this next round. I would prefer transparency.... and by that I mean identifying the organizations and titles who will be affected. Once announced , they should allow the applicable individuals the option to self nominate for surplus. I understand that surplus is used as a way to get rid of individuals as well and they will be surplussed no matter what, but the option to self nominate will at least provide leadership a list of individuals to consider.
