I know that corporate customers cannot use the bankruptcy to break their contracts, but once they’re up for renewal, that could all change. They will definitely have the upper hand when that time comes. Has anyone heard of any corporate departures or planning to go?

Volume is down across all our corp CDPs but it is hard to say if its all Covid related or have the key accounts jumped ship. When the AP market share reports come out we will see how much we have lost to competitors. I think some of our national accounts have bailed on us. They are now giving their employees choice of vendors since Hertz is so unreliable right niow. No contract has any exclusive wording that requires them to use us only. We may be PREFFERED partner but not exclusive. The backlash from Kathy and the retention bonnuses fir execs did not go well with poeple outside of Hertz. The lack of ethics has tunred many people away
