If you are an ASM/RSM how is severance calculated if your store closes and you get surplussed?

Good riddance asm/rsm people have lied and cheated. Seen it so many times.
It’s in OneStop, also in CSP - Store Closure Hub. Pretty simple actually (although you do need to go to one stop to find your % because that’s based on how many years with the company. Add your exact annual base to your annual At-Risk, then multiply that by 80%, then take that number and multiply by your percentage (example- 7 years you’d multiply by 28%, 12 years by 48%, 13 and over by 50%. The table for that is in one stop. Then you get your exact severance amount. And vacation is prorated. If you used it all you will not be charged for it, but if you’ve got 5 months left after your off payroll date, you would lose a prorated amount of time (I think California is different but check HROS).
