The list posted here is Repair (CST) only. The cable splicer title is only mentioned, because when those technicians moved into Repair they kept the cable splicers title. But they are considered Repair (CST). Per our Union Rep in Houston
This list showed every moka all as cst only one that had combo techs or splicers mixed in was texas
