GREED! Tom Wilson makes 19 million a freaking year. Employees make 45k starting. How is this right?

I work in an office where much of the staff makes less than 40k a year in one of the nations worst effected corona zones in a community that already had one of the worst job markets in the nation. This could. It have come at a worst time
Look at how Sears did. Tom Wilson came from Sears.
Tom Wilson, Glenn Shapiro & the rest of the dinosaur top exec should get cut. Most of them are near retiring aha anyway, not to mention they don’t give a hoot about the company or its future. The board should elect some new younger talent that’s not over paid. TW is paid 8-10 times more than any other large insurance company’s CEOs..
The mark of good leadership is how you treat your employees during the bad times, not the good. Mr. Wilson you been cutting cost since you got to Allstate and have seen the company go from 2nd to 4th. Always looking in your rear view mirror at who was about to catch you. All while taking a bonus year over year. I am not sure why the board feels you deserve a bonus for driving the company backwards. Your true colors always come out when things get tight. It comes in the form of Lay-off, not pay cuts for the Sr leadership supposedly running the company
Higher ups should take a cut in pay so us little pieons can keep their jobs. But NO, let the higher ups keep that high salary and continue to live their lives in luxury, while the ones on the bottom fight to keep going....SO WRONG IS SO MANY WAYS.
Actually a lot of employees make 30,000k starting. And capped any salary growth as apart of greed.
