As craft I happen to have a few relationships on the golf course with a few L3+. Keeping names out of the conversation they are the first to admit they do not work that hard and there is a lot of excess that needs to be cut in management. Without offending upper L4+ opinion and my opinion working with the RBOCS form 35 years is craft work much harder than managers.

I actually read this article two weeks ago and it was updated 3 times with minor changes. They are recruiters so they probably get the right scoop IMO
July 10th is the day with everyone off by 8-1-2020. With 14 VPs out at $500k a year that saves a quick $7mm
This article would have been impressive if written a month ago. But at this point, this information has already been released; at least at the AM / director level. And many of them are so disgruntled they will spill the beans for a starbucks frappuccino.

3 times more upper level mgmt headcount than Verizon and T-Mobile. SMH! And it took a genius to figure that out? Good riddance!
They are dead on with the numbers. Craft public announced numbers are way too low I am hearing 40k as well. VP got notices yesterday
