I was honest in the survey. I have been in all of them. The past 2 weeks have been a beat down of incessant all-hands and town halls where no real information was given, and the drumbeat of racial injustice has reached unashamed pandering levels. Has the company not always purported to stand for equality? Meanwhile, I think this is the first reorg I can remember where there has been absolutely NO transparency at any level. You get information from peers in other LOBs or reading something online. It’s maddening.

Weird that there is no option to strongly disagree to any of the questions on the survey. And by weird, I mean not weird at all.

The survey isn't anonymous so keep that in mind.

Why waste the time? They didn't pay attention to what was said in the last 15 employee surveys or they wouldn't be spewing the nonsense they are now. It's a waste of time. It's counterproductive, because they see it as evidence of "engagement" i.e. we care what they have to say.

Instead of avoiding questions like "Is there a MVO for Management?", he should just say I can't answer that or the lawyers won't let me discuss that. Dodging the question gives an impression, they are hiding something.

Difficult news is hard to deliver. I think he was trying to ease the blow a little but what he’s done instead is prolonged uncertainty. Financial markets don’t like uncertainty and neither does employee moral and confidence. He said he needs all of us to work together to make sure we are successful but he obviously doesn’t give a rats behind about the employees he needs to make his vision come to reality.

He was more candid than I thought he would be. It was kind of refreshing actually but words mean little, let’s see the actions.
