Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

John Oliver

I don't agree with everything the guy is about, but he is smart, funny, and entertaining as hell. I am wondering how long he will last, as he loves to eviscerate big T (now his employer) at every opportunity.
Check out this last Sunday 6/14 show , where when addressing the recent "Gone With the Wind" situation he said...

“And finally, who gives a s**t if something’s not on HBO Max? In fact, there may be no better way to obliterate all evidence of something’s existence than to put it on HBO Max, the only ash heap of history that costs $15 a month...”

I was laughing my a$$ off...but I can't help but think he should be shopping new network/ service for his show. I wouldn't at all be surprised if he winds up on Netflix. I am sure this ridicule goes up Stank's butt sideways.

He's woke and PC and pro defunding police so he's untouchable. He'll get a raise.

He’s been poking at AT&T for a while now. Months ago, he started making comments about how bad AT&T’s mobile network is, saying things about how people weren’t talking so they must have had AT&T service. Google “John Oliver business daddy”.
