It’s nice to know that HW has a CEO that cares enough about other businesses in the Charlotte area that are suffering from COVID19 to set up a 2M fund to help them out. Nice going Darius, lay-off 30-40 percent of the workforce and now you are giving money to other businesses because they are not open to to serve you lunch or cut your hair. WOW, sure glad I’m out of this mess of a company.

If someone claims he isn't racist and has to actually state what he has done for the black community in this company then, folks, he's definitely a racist.
Good deeds does not need to be said, its the actions that counts. People that has to constantly remind people around him of the good deeds done, are the evil ones.
Piling on to the BLM mantra (which is run by rich white people) is being complicit to the politically motivated division taking place right now. And companies are now forcing the lie on their employees. I wonder if he also agrees with getting rid of the law enforcement in our communities while he revels in his mansion with private security. I will be darned if Honeywell is going to force their ideology on me.

I understand that they need to look like a good corporate citizen in the community, but they shouldn’t be bragging about it internally to the very people who are at risk of being laid off.

I find disgusting Darius uses company assets, I.e., home page & email to declare his outraged by recent racism events.
