Sad, with such a debt load and business nowhere near expectations, bad moves by management call for massive layoff. Where was the board of directors when this massive debt load was agreed to? Randall is leaving, maybe the Board should as well, they approved all of this. Again management leaves with a large payday and the employees are thrown out . So many will be impacted, they will be competing for a limited amount of jobs. Also complained about harassment to AT&T HR, no word back from them in weeks, probably thinking we will be laid off so why bother with the issue. News for you, no feedback, lawsuit is coming with quite the documented bullying and harassment examples.

I see this same lack of respectful challenge in most boards; business, church, HOA, scouts. The people that challenge are shutdown and the merits of their arguments for change are summarily rejected. It takes real courage to say what needs to be said if it can make an organization better; instead of just going along to get along and taking up a seat.
Boards are just big circle jerks of executives repeating what they hear in the echo chamber: that they're "top talent" and underpaid.
