Layoffs will stop, once 99% of lvl 1 and 2 are gone. The one percent will handle offshore teams. Lvl 3 and up, will continue to have 8hr daily cheerleading sessions, patting each other on the back, and passing the koolaid around the table

You are absolutely correct !.. Chow mein pick that "Right?" from the her boss McTurf (who occasionally said that too) but exaggerate it more. What I have noticed is that people just mimic the way their boss talk, a new form of kissing-a– instead of doing it physically.
