Greensboro BCS needs a HUGE cleaning out. Starting with the Director. He has literally made the place a CIRCUS. Most managers are terrible too. No guidance or help. They all just stay piled up in their cubicles talking and ordering food. Customer service was destroyed when they started SHOVING sales down EVERY caller's throat including DTV. You don't have time to solve issues....but you better sell.
BCS = Business Customer Service...doubt the OP has any real knowledge on the situation. FirstNet is also part of BCS and will never be outsourced, nor can their contingency teams. Management level cuts? Yes...Rep Cuts? Yes, not because they are moving their jobs overseas but more to do with consolidating centers and getting rid of low performing centers.
