Does anyone know if acquisition or select will be laid off and what percentage would get cut?

Anne chow says national business will not have any layoffs.
the last time we had major business segment layoffs (2014), they stack ranked employees based on new business revenue YTD, and eliminated every one from the bottom 50%, and impacted sales managers became senior sales executives/senior account managers, and impacted directors became sales managers. for subsequent years (2015-2019), they would eliminate the bottom quartile of reps.
similarly, we were offered 6 months medical coverage plus severance package.
