Is it true L1 to L4 are getting raises? If it is, it feels like even more of a slap in the face. This company really needs to learn who makes most of its money. How many times can we be mistreated and overlooked before we decide to leave this place - all at once? Because I think many of us are nearing our limit...

@3hsf+15vRdMVR Not sure it is fair to call out graduates as being "dumb and clueless". Surely everyone who works at DXC is dumb and clueless. "Dumb and clueless" graduates are not the ones running the business into the ground. It is the tired senior management who don't care what is going on day to day. The company should be developing graduates and helping them with a structured programme so that they one day become the future, successful management. No idea of your qualifications but maybe you are just jealous of their level of education?

Not very many I'll bet.... certainly doesn't seem that way looking around here anyway...
All of the lower skill stuff is done offshore (or nearshore), unless its a security restricted account.
In other words all the dumb and clueless graduates are receiving a pay rise so they do not leave DXC, otherwise who will be left to do the basic drudge work? Definitely nobody at levels 6 to 11.

Never have I ever worked for a company that expected so much to repay so little! Worked for several companies in my time. But never one that disrespected or was so unappreciative to their employees as Dxc/Csc! I would love to see every underpaid employee there shut their computers down at a certain time on a certain day and walk out! Let upper management fill all the shoes that puts the food on their table! It would be epic!!
I feel for the 5-8 techs who havent had a raise, im a L1-4 and havent had a raise in 9 years so guess im in a eve worse position.
What about us technical workers that are not supervisors that are level 5 and 6 we get ZERO. Work slow down is starting as my pay has changed since 2013 when I had a manager that really cared
Even L1 to 4 wont get anything, this company just bluffs, why wait till August that's another 2 months. If they were serious they would have paid it by now. So 5 to 8 your not missing anything, think your on a head start anyway.
Sad state of affairs this company doesn't value its staff, just values management who milk everything.
The majority of the layoffs are level 5-8 mangers, especially those that are not billable. Assume those salaries are going to the level 1-4 getting raises. The level 5-8 billable folks have gone YEARS with no raises and are billed to the customer at a higher rate, so the most profitable to the company. They do it because they can. And those going to "NewCo" will likely wait even longer. 40 hours a week for this poor shlub from now on, at least till I find a new job

It's 2 years since I left DXC, and started tracking the posts on this site.
When Salvino took over the reigns from Lawrie, I really thought things would change. Ok, it might take a year or two to turn things around, but no. How wrong I was; it seems nothing has changed.
Avarice and hubris truly describe those at the top of this shameless company.
True, where I work there are very few L1-4 (maybe 5% of the staff) and they are mostly new hires. It will be fun to see the new ones getting a raise, while the guys doing the most of the hard work and waiting for a raise for 10 years get nothing.
Every software developer I know is level 5. Funny that! Will never get a raise at this company. It's been 7 long years...

Yes, L1-L4 are getting raises, but they are the employees at the lower rung, NOT management.

Yes rewards at the top and WFR at the bottom with much as the work they did being offshored to cheaper cost centres in the world.

New Mikey has promised raises for L1 - 4 later this year (August, maybe). Of course, he's funding this by laying off all the L5 - 8s that he can, so there may not be anyone left to work out how big your raise should be.
