It will be a very long time until anyone will be back in an office, the spread of COVID is not stopping any time soon. No one should be put at risk of infection by having to work in an office. The company has functioned quite well, if not better with employees working remotely. T can save a boatload of money by closing down some of these offices, they are huge petri dishes. Sadly some employees lack good hygiene and that's never going to change.

No longer a "thing".
Many of my team were to be adversely affected by Project Collaboration before it was nixed. They had us all slated to commute to the largest office in our region. Many of which were over 100 miles away, even though no one else in our workgroup were at those locations. Bloodworth came in after MK had put this in motion and said, "nah, we're not doing that" (thanks VB). Now, I am reasonably sure that my team (those that remain after "transformation" anyway) will never return to an office.
The easiest way to lay-off is by location
Those were just an excuse to lay people off who weren’t willing to relocate to those locations
With Covid they aren’t relevant right now
