I haven’t heard anything about In Home Experts being laid off. How many are they cutting?

I’m in IHX and my ISM say they’re doing interviews right now to add head count. Also whispers from friends in Texas IHX we will be doing delivery for the ATT TV boxes and set up as well.

How exactly is IHX a terrible organization when it’s overhead is at least 50% less overhead than a retail store. They produce as many voice as a retail store and probably sell as much wired.

I’m hearing they are expanding and additional responsibilities are being looked at for the role like online order home delivery set up and working with AR stores.

Non-union is not exempt from the upcoming layoffs. The announcements for union positions follow different requirements than non-union force reductions. The tsunami is building.

This is shameful. Cutting union jobs but non union is exempt.

No layoffs for IHX. In fact, IHX will be adding 700+ additional experts nationally.
