Can somebody name a company that offers job security most of the time? Not always, I know that's not realistic, but most of the time? I'm sick and tired of having to worry about having a job every single day. It's exhausting. There's gotta be a better alternative to this!

Job security- be good at what you do and don’t make excuses. Provide value. Always learn and grow. Take accountability.
My advice people asking that question is always plumber or electrician. As long as people keep using water and electric there will always be work for skilled, motivated tradespeople.
Government jobs, financial, pharmaceuticals and healthcare seem to have good stability. ANd a lot of private sector companies, i.e. not publicly traded.

Accounting may be steady work, if you have that particular skill, but I seriously doubt that catering is all that worry-free a business right now.
But @mgb is right that only savings will allow you to live worry-free. No job gives you control, because you always have a boss and you always have customers, customers whose whims become even more important if you own your own business, who are always going to be sources of uncertainty to you.
If you can save, you're on the road to freedom. If life won't let you save, you will always spend your nights' "hour of the wolf" worrying about everything that seems always at risk, that can be traced back to uncertainty about money.

I travel the world with my wife but I regretted I did not take a chance a tried to start my own business when I was younger.
The only place for job security is if you own your own business and it is doing well. Always start out small from home while you are still making an income at AT&T then build from there. I had 2 friends making great money, one started out helping out at a catering business, then he started his own from his own home and now has 60 people working for him. Another started out as an accountant and now he owns one of the biggest accounting firms in Upstate NY.
