Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Whistleblowers

Can someone please leak this c-ap to Tucker Carlson again? Or any other news outlet, willing to expose this horrid company and unethical drawn out excuse for layoffs?

This is getting ridiculous.

Again, how much in tax cuts did they get?

How does AT&T not get more news coverage??

It’s really sad come when a person asks a legitimate question, “Why doesn’t the media report?” Tens of Thousands of our jobs are at stake and we are stuck on some bS blog searching for information.

Our news media fails us everyday both left and right perspectives. They have become the “Pravda” for the elite business, political, and wealth classes.
It’s not about Left or right, white or black, citizen or immigrant, young or old! I don’t care if you have gotten wealthy, or gained political power or built a successful business. It’s about RIGHT and WRONG!

Can we all just realize as we come up to Juneteenth and July 4th there is only one dang thing worth fighting for and that is Our Country, Our Freedoms. We are not perfect but we strive to make it a “More perfect” Union. We can only do that if we are united as Americans and not divided as they goad is into fighting each other.

Thank you OP for asking your question. Never let the bs haters stop you from speaking up.

That won’t work now. Covid is the new excuse for many, many companies to lay off and replace them with cheaper workers. Once the Gov’t starts processing Work Visas again, we are all screwed!!!!!!

"...Any decent business person ..."

Any decent business person would not make billion dollar blunder one after the other. The only reason for layoffs is the c-suites major failures for more than a decade leading to losses in revenue and negative growth.

""Why spend money where there is no return?""

How about not buying businesses that have peaked , Like Directv and time warner, and putting the company 200 BILLION in debt. Or giving away 7 BILLION dollars to t-mobile in break up fees and then rewarding the CEO and his board with millions in bonuses and 275k a month for life. Hmmm. Now there's a crazy novel thought.

Any decent business person would fully understand the reason for layoff's. Layoff's are focused on the parts of the business no longer growing, or declining. Why spend money where there is no return? And of course they are just in the last parts of plans put in place long before some were even hired.
