Does somebody know what's planned for EMEA (UK, Germany, France ..) and how many jobs are affected?

Your awesome US based hr partner isn't ready to navigate with the mountain of paperwork and labor laws to put in motion to layoff someone in the EU or UK. The strategy is attrition, it is well understand that is no promotion or advancement, so why stay if you have a better option.
Most of their jobs have gone to Slovakia
It is almost impossible to lay off in Western Europe. Especially France. The US is easy pickin's.
