Fidelity Pension Estimate

Anyone else experiencing problems getting pension estimates from Fidelity. I periodically go to their website to estimate my pension payout for various dates and save those calculations. When I attempted to do that today, I got a message that I needed to contact Fidelity to get the estimates. In speaking with the Fidelity agent, she indicated they were only doing manual calculations and she was not sure how long that would go on. If I do the calculations myself, I get them right away. I have to wait 15 days for a manual calculation. Not sure what’s going on.

If you thought that was hard, wait until you try to collect your pension.

I haven’t been able to see mine since December. I just assumed their website was having a problem.

Yes, the feature for estimating pension appears to be disabled. Probably an add on feature that costs T extra money and they aren't willing to pay for it anymore? Just a guess.

You should try again later a few times, if still no-go then ask them to submit a trouble-ticket into their back-end system ỊT support.
