This SJW posturing is to prepare for a Biden presidency. Ever since we bent over for $3.5B on the T-Mobile failure, the company has shifted to appeasing the Progressive members of the Democrats and Republican parties. The Jump the Shark moment was featuring Thomas Friedman (NY Times) during LWD. Sad to see such a great company with a stellar record for equal opportunity turn its back on our history. Sure there is still progress to be made but conflating police brutality with economic inequality in the workplace is over reaching.
I cannot agree enough! It’s been a neat down for 2 weeks with all the emails, video emails, EVERY townhall or org meeting, as nauseum. It’s so over the top! There are people all over the company worried about if the next meeting puts them on a surplus list. Just stfu and run the company better.
They don't give a sh– about black people, white people, or any people for that matter. What they care about is money. Their SJW posturing is a PR effort to legitimize their involvement in the political process by trying to create the impression that they're good guys. As long as they are perceived by the public as righteous, there is less chance anyone is going to ask embarrassing questions about the real agenda behind their involvement in the political process . . . H1B visa workers, corporate tax cuts, reduced consumer protection, destruction of net neutrality, massive layoffs etc. It's just corporate camouflage.
