Any word on IHX layoffs ?

For the person who wants to know what IHX is ; it is a rsc sales rep that kinda drank the cool aid but wanted to still give people the shaft as best as they could. So why not bend over the customer in their own living room ? And yes, you must have waaay more arrogance than that of good old randy. Sales in any sense has it's shady sides. But IHX..... well they would rip off their own grandmother and then knock on the neighbors door to do the same.
IHX is loosing tons of money and is a drain on resources. The layoffs will happen after they quit paying off Stankey!
Lowest churn, highest LTV (that’s inclusive of all expenditures), can pivot quickly, they also produce 2-3x a retail rep. Without ihx, att would be net negative every quarter. Bring on the troll-factory.
When it comes to IHX being profitable that’s questionable, IHX givings out the most money for almost all business it gets out of all the channels. Port in credits, on top of BOGO, on top of back end credits.
LTV on ports versus upgrades... IHX is the most profitable channel within ATT... if you don’t know what LTV is... you prove my point, this site cracks me up
To the person talking about IHX not having leases and water bills you are clearly not looking at overall costs which are similar to a store. $30k cars that will need to be replaced about every 4 years so each car is costing $7500x10 IHX reps=$75,000 year. Cars are hybrid so gas isn’t bad. It still at least $1200/ year per carx10 cars=$12,000. Manager is paid more than store manager by about $15k. That’s $103k not including oil changes and tires as well as any other issue. You also have an SSL making over $50k. Most AT&T leases are $3-7k a month. Maybe 10% are $10k or more. I know of a two year old store that is less than $2k/month. None of your pints are valid.
Cust Service reps are basically there to cleanup In home experts mess. Calls all day about IHX rep told me $90 bill and its $400 now. Absolute joke.
Although i rather despise my job in ihx, I'm glad I'll dodge the guillotine for another swing. If they offered me a severance I'd probably take it.
They are adding headcount. It is ridiculous! I hate IHX!
What is IHX, sounds like a nasty infection
IHX is the future i see so many people thinking they should be cut over retail. News flash they don’t have a 15-20k lease, cleaning crews, expensive demo phones to run, light and water bill. IHX will minimal cuts if any at all and they are hiring. Everyone saying they are shady that’s every org having bad apples.
Please they are a shady bait and switch scam team. Please get rid of all of them. They are embarrassing.
IHX is the one group I was hoping would be laid off!
