Sure would be nice to have our fearless leaders on a stage and for the employee audience to just start booing them. They need to know how badly they have turned their own people against them with their disrespect (“Organizing to win!”) and bad decision after bad decision. An ATT employee can dream anyway.

If you have been paying attention to investor relations information, it is clear that there are big announcements coming Tuesday. Tuesday, McElfresh has an investors call, followed by another call by Stephson on Wednesday and finished on Thursday with Feutsche.
That’s a lot of calls in a row for a simple announcement. I would expect some splitting of the company. (That is what Elliott Management is all about ).

I asked if it was not a conflict of interest or an ethics violation if executive compensation depends on stock price, and the executives are borrowing money to artificially pay the dividend.

So the question really is, if it was recorded today, why are they waiting until Wednesday to send out the link to watch it? I am assuming that is an indicator that something is happening tomorrow, that is referenced in the recorded video. Otherwise, why not send it out now? And don’t believe they have to edit it, those discussions and town halls are all scripted as to what each person is going to say. That way legal can review and not worry about lawsuits
