Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

The truth

I am a senior executive in APAC and am appalled at what’s to our knowledge base.
Couldn’t the powers at least attempt to ride the storm initially.
Our clients especially in oil and gas are watching how we deal with this crisis with a view to the future and I can tell you we do not look good .
We are opening doors which our competitors will run through
Really sad to see

What a perfect example of the ignorant American you are. How is your Mandarin or Malay grammar?

The original author of this particular post makes a good point and we all need to be respectful of opinions and insights from across our company.

Lets us not forget the billions in cash reserve they are holding on for future stock buy-backs.

Good for you, sir!! I have been thinking about don’t this exact same thing when I get let go. I know all skeletons in the closet and every hole in the armor. I also know true cost of parts in AERO and the inner workings of how aero doesn’t work. I’m sure many of our competitors would love the chance to take Honeywell down once and for all and let it become a software industrial failure. When I get RIF’d this is the first thing I will do :)

This is happening across the board in all divisions of Honeywell. The company is being ruthlessly mismanaged and bleeding millions of dollars that they do not even realize. I was top performer and was responsible for putting at least $100 million on the table before I was let go this year with 3 days notice. I was offered a severance package that was a joke and would have prevented me from working in my field. I refused it and I ran ran to the first competitor I could find and have been teaching them how to exploit every weakness I knew about in products lines and practices. This a company that deserves to fail.

Honeywell needs to hire “senior executives” who know proper grammar. I be the senior executive of my bathroom.
