Short term pain, short term gain. Thats the motto we have to be preaching. The company does not owe you anything once we get our paychecks as what KS said during his first Townhall this year. I was prepared for that ever since.
MM will continue to obliterate Aero of its fundamentals which are its talented folks with the expectation that whoever remains will adapt. It is true that for those left will adapt to a different organisation.
@xcv Nice try but MM could care less about anyone but MM. Same goes for DA. Never beg. We're better than that.
They’re in their own little bubble. Totally out of touch.
Mad Dog.... We know you are reading these. Please, we implore you....don't cut too deep! The aerospace market is going to recover quicker than you think. Think about how we were caught flat footed when the market grew more than you thought. If you cut too much now, we are going to be in the same boat. Your leaders are too afraid to tell you this. Even with the market dropping the way it has, we still can't get everything done that needs to be done.
Again, please, don't beyond what is already done....
Bye Bye MJ!! Welcome your new Karen!
And the Aero CFO, DS, who cancelled his finance town hall yesterday rather than face the questions and the music. All a bunch of cowards!
Yes, their PR department is sleeping other than being smart enough to not put anything about the lay-offs in writing. Everyone! Please make sure you report it to your local news outlets!!!
