Buckle up buckaroos. This is going to rock the boat. I don’t want to give up too much info as it will identify me as the source of the leaks but cuts will be deep as well as mega cost cutting actions

Honeywell is too cheap to pay for MBB! But yeah, I’m sure there is an outside consultancy working on the IRIF list as we speak.
10-20% layoffs soon to be for the ISC, even amidst a facade of expansion. Very scary stuff. Word on the street is that MBB consulting firms are helping senior leadership decide jobs for involuntary RIF throughout the business.
@bcd struck a nerve? Your white collar charades are up, they're onto you. No more white collar welfare for you

Thanks for all your info Tired Director. You have more integrity than all of the top leadership combined.
If we are allowed to volunteer I hope they dont reject the volunteers this time.
More cost cutting? Hahaha how much more can they cut? I guess they could raise the AC temperature in the buildings to 85f, install pay toilets, charge us to park at the sites, and make us bring in our own toilet paper. I put a list of things Honeywell should NOT cut to save money:
Executive bonuses
Use of the company aircraft for executives
Mke Mdsen's compensation
Free breakfast and lunch for the 4th floor dipsh_ts
Flying first class for band 5 employees
Is this specific to Aero?
This is the beginning of the end for AERO, I doubt it will last through the end of 2020 without being sold off or spun out. As long as my severance checks clear I don't care what happens. I'm so excited!!
