It’s survival of the fittest at Honeywell. Backstabbing and throwing ones teammate under the bus is standard operation procedure. It is the way to get promoted and survive based on my experience.

I was block 1, higher than average raise, higher than average bonus and got awarded a Performance Incentive Plan within the last 2 months.

And I got RIF'd

Their block system is BS anyways. Top spots are reserved for employees that give free ri—-bs to management and work 60+ hours per week.

I would assume that if you were in 2-block and got RIF it was age related. Typical 48-52 years old is the major number and if you are under the old 80-point defined benefits pension.
