Honeywell doesn't care about retaining talent

What you have to realize about Honeywell is they do not care about retaining talent. At all.

What they’d rather do is work you to the bone, not pay you for your time and then fire you when you complain. The sooner you realize this, the faster you can leave the company. Nothing Honeywell does is for the employee’s benefit. They offer health insurance because they must so they offer the cheapest (for them) and lowest quality (for the employee) insurance to prove that point. Same with most other “benefits”.

Retaining talent is the least of their concerns, if they could even recognize it. Which they can't anyway.

Can you guess what these SB &C would do when they migrated together to another company and replay their schemes again? People ran away from them and wish not to cross path with them forever.

Honeywell is a company run by scumbags and crooks who only want to steal money from their employees and America. I cant recommend working for this garbage company to anyone, unless you're a con artist and want to participate in a pyramid scheme. Then Honeywell is the right company for you! You're management material.
